Jessica is the instructor at our Flow and Yin classes at Complete Yoga. Her teaching style is patient and supportive, and focused on helping students perfect their breath and body alignment
After first discovering yoga in 2011, Jessica went on to complete her teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and has been working at yoga studios in London for the past three years.
She’s since trained in a range of yoga styles, from the more dynamic types such as Vinyasa, Aerial and Rocket yoga to the gentler Yin and Hatha styles.
She believes that although yoga practice may begin as a way to build strength and flexibility, as your journey continues, it becomes an essential practice for creating positive and supportive self-care habits – building a deeper connection to your true self.
Jessica was born in Dorset on the sunny south coast of England and loves to travel. She says: “I’m happiest when I’m either upside down, in the sun, upside down in the sun, travelling, writing, or spending time with the people closest to me.”
