We love meeting beginners, and we’re honoured to help get you started. All classes are for all levels, so you can join any class. Please let the teacher know in advance that you are new to yoga.
We can also arrange a free 15-minute consultation with any of our teachers or advisors if you’re unsure about signing up.
Regular yoga will bring you flexibility you never knew you had! Our personalised support is designed to ensure that you always progress at your own pace and don’t over-stretch yourself. You’ll be amazed at the difference just a couple of months of regular, supported practice will make to your body and mind.
We provide everything you’ll need for our classes. Simply wear clothes that are comfortable such as yoga trousers and a T-shirt.
We have a bowl of pebbles at the sign-in desk. Simply place a pebble by your mat if you don’t wish to be adjusted.
We have a convenient changing room with lockers and a toilet, but no showers.
Yes, you can park in the Putney Exchange which is located on Lacy Road. The standard parking cost is between £3.20-£4.40. We recommend you travel to us by overground or underground train, as both stations are just a 5-minute walk from our studio.
The beauty of being located above Gail’s Bakery is that you can purchase hot/cold drinks from 7am-6pm (for evening sessions we recommend you bring a drink with you). You’ll also find a wonderful selection of freshly baked goods, healthy lunches and great coffee. You may well bump into one of our teachers there too!
Yes you can purchase a trial class. We also offer 4 classes for £35 . This is a perfect way to find out what style suits you and to get comfortable with yoga. You’ll find all details on the Pricing page of this websit

Vinyasa Flow Level 1 is a foundational class for beginners and we recommend you start here if you’ve never done yoga before. You can then graduate to a gentle flow class. If you’ve been practising for some time, you can try any of our other classes. With only 11 people in a class, the teacher will be able to adapt your practice to your needs.

We have a range of pricing options suited to different budgets and how often you like to do yoga. Visit our Pricing page to see what looks best for you.
All payments are made online. We accept credit or debit card, but unfortunately we cannot accept cash.
Our class cancellation policy is a minimum of 4 hours prior to the start of the session. For Monthly Memberships, late cancellations will be charged at a rate of £8 for each missed class. You can see the terms and conditions for each membership package on our Pricing page
We recommend if it’s your first time to arrive 15 minutes before the class to check in and settle into the studio. We have a self sign-in system which means you check yourself in on the iPad located by the changing room entrance. Please note that latecomers will not be able to participate in class as the interruption is not fair on other members.

Other than Vinyasa Flow Level 1, which is for complete beginners, all our other classes are suitable for advanced yogis
Yoga is excellent during pregnancy and for you and baby after the birth. However it’s recommended that you do not practice yoga in your first trimester. You can return to practice in your second and third trimesters. We always recommend speaking to your GP before starting your practice.
We always recommend when starting a new yoga practice to consult your GP first. Once your GP gives the go ahead it’s important to inform your yoga teacher before class about your particular injury/medical issue. Our teachers are very experienced (all with at least 3 years’ teaching experience and most with much more) so they’ll be guiding you through a safe and effective practice.

We only use natural, sustainable products. You’ll be taking your class on a beautiful rubber mat from Jade Yoga, with posture support provided by cork blocks where necessary.
We’re sure you’ll love our linen eye pillows from Intui and the subtle aromatherapy fragrances provided from our plant-based candles – all designed to help you achieve a deeper level of relaxation.
And of course, all the cleaning products we use are low-tox and eco-friendly.
The maximum number is 11 people to a class, so we can ensure everyone gets the right amount of attention and nobody ever feels crampe

We will be live streaming our classes on Zoom. You can use any device to watch this however when using a mobile device you will need to download the app and then enter the Meeting ID. The Zoom link will be sent straight to you on your booking confirmation email. Please check your junk mail if you have not received it prior to the class. Join us 5-minutes early and use the opportunity to connect with our teachers and ask any questions before the class starts.
