At Complete Yoga, we are dedicated to creating an environment that is especially encouraging and safe for our newcomers.
If you’ve always thought about trying yoga but have felt nervous or apprehensive about taking classes, we know you’ll find our tranquil space in Putney to be the perfect place to begin this journey.
At the core, our mission is to offer a holistic way of learning and practicing yoga.
We believe that Yoga is more than a physical exercise, it is a way of life, and our lessons have a broader philosophical focus. As far as we’re concerned, our job isn’t simply to get you to start practicing yoga but to love it and live it.
As a newcomer, you can also expect smaller class-sizes, with greater attention and an individualised focus.
We promise you’ll never find overcrowded classes, or teachers who don’t know your names.
This one-time introductory offer for newcomers is redeemable at any in-studio class or online class and to be used within 30 days from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded or extended. On completion you will receive a 10% discount on your next purchase.
Our Studio is just above the Gail’s Bakery in Putney. You can access our studio through the main bakery entrance till 5pm and through a side entrance at all times when the classes are on.
Studio doors will be opened 15 minutes before the start of class.
Your teacher will welcome you to the studio and sign you in and show you the lockers where you can store your belongings. If it’s your first class let them know and they will guide and assist you throughout.

We love meeting beginners, and we’re honoured to help get you started. All classes are for all levels, so you can join any class. Please let the teacher know in advance that you are new to yoga.
It is essential that you book your classes on our mobile-friendly website – simply head to our Schedule page and select ‘book now’.
You can also find our studio on the Mindbody app and book classes up to 7 days in advance.
Tip: if you’re using the Mindbody app, add us to your favourites – it makes it quicker to book your classes on the move.
If you book an online class you will receive a Zoom link when you book a class.
However, please note that any booking cancellations need to be done need to be done 2 hours before the class otherwise, our late cancellation policy will be applicable.
We provide everything you’ll need for our classes. Simply wear clothes that are comfortable such as yoga trousers and a T-shirt.
Regular yoga will bring you flexibility you never knew you had! Our personalised support is designed to ensure that you always progress at your own pace and don’t over-stretch yourself.
You’ll be amazed at the difference just a couple of months of regular, supported practice will make to your body and mind.
