Our Studio is closed during the festive period from 23rd December, 2023 to 2nd January, 2024. The studio will reopen on 3rd January, 2024. The timetable is live so you can book your favourite classes in the New Year.
We all need to make a little space in our life – to care for our mind and body, interact with others, and learn new skills. Complete Yoga studio in the heart of Putney is a place where all these things are possible. With the right instruction and a like-minded community, yoga can gently touch every part of our daily lives. Our instructors are here to guide you on your own personal yoga journey – with as much support as you need. We promise you’ll never find overcrowded classes, or teachers who don’t remember your name.
We teach an expanded vision of yoga, taking in the philosophy of the ‘8 Limbs’. The postures represent just one of these life-enhancing limbs.
