Phil is the instructor for our Yoga Flow and Yin classes at Complete Yoga. As a teacher, his aim is to guide students to experience the magic that comes from connecting the mind, body and breath.

Having spent more than 15 years working in fast-paced corporate environments, he knows from personal experience how beneficial yoga can be to soothe the stresses of London life.

Phil has trained across Thailand, India and Europe and is experienced in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Ayurveda. 

In his Flow classes, he invites students to develop awareness of their bodies and find a sense of play in exploring movement aligned with the breath.

When teaching Yin classes, Phil is skilled at helping students find the stillness that will release tension in their fascia, while also gently moving them deeper into the more meditative aspects of the practice.

Phil says: “As a teacher, I hold space to encourage my students to explore using mindful movement to better balance our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.”
